Project description:

extensive development of the large open areas with an asphalt roller track,
Creation of a topographical diversity through varied terrain modeling,

Upgrading the existing football field with a tennis ceiling,
Design of varied play areas with combination play equipment, swings, ramps, bridges, seesaws, climbing frames and climbing stones,
Connection of the play areas with ramps, bridges and hills to create an exciting play area,
Creation of seating areas from seating block elements,
Project planning of a large open terrace made of concrete slabs with paving strips and loosening woody plantings,
Planning of 8 parking spaces and 38 bicycle parking spaces,
complete infiltration of the accumulating rainwater.

Total length 200 m,
Planning of pedestrian installation areas in the area of the traffic light systems Ludwigshafener Straße,
Connection of the Tiergarten Bridge on the western bank of the Mulde,
Upgrade of the eastern city entrance.
