Apartment buildings in Leipzig
The outdoor facilities planned for the Ärzteversorgung Niedersachsen on several underground car park roofs were handed over after the planting had been approved.
In addition to an ecological drainage concept, in which not a drop of rainwater flows into the sewer, the entire ensemble was accessed via winding park paths and equipped with picturesque relaxation areas.
The new outdoor facilities are greened all year round with attractive planting on the retention roofs.

Primary school Diesterweg Delitzsch
The official handover took place on 30.06.2021.
The planting has now been completed.
The city invested half a million euros in the Diesterweg elementary school in Delitzsch.
In addition to a 100m3 undergroundrainwater retention area with a throttle drain, the entire wastewater system was renovated.
A varied range of activities in the new playground with a scooter track,
climbing spider, combination play equipment and small games brings a lot of
joy to the children.

Barrier-free access to the schoolyard and canteen on level 0 (basement level) was ensured by
the construction of an entrance structure consisting of ramps and stairs
as early as winter 2021.
The subsequent schoolyard landscaping is scheduled to take place in 2023.

In addition to the renewal of the sewer and manhole structures, the road surface was surfaced with asphalt concrete and the sidewalks with concrete block paving.
Drainage channels made of granite paving channel the surface water into the new road inlets.

Verbio Zörbig GmbH
As part of the construction of a new concentrate plant at the Zörbig site, the industrial yard of
Verbio GmbH is to be extensively surfaced with asphalt concrete.
The roof and surface water from the hall and traffic areas is drained via box gutters,
road inlets and underground pipes into a double pipe trench located in the subsoil and infiltrated with a time delay.
The storage volume of the pipe trench is 15m3.
