The very beautiful property in the old town of Dessau-Roßlau is funded and run through with STARK III funds
currently the approval planning. The structural implementation will take place in spring 2020.

Reopening of the jewelry place in Wiederitzsch
On April 10th, 2019 the time had finally come. The Schmuckplatz in Stentzlerstrasse in the Leipzig-Wiederitzsch district was reopened by the Mayor for Environment, Order and Sport of the City of Leipzig.
Everyone was very happy. With sausages and a shower, the new large play area was immediately taken over by the children. Have a look at our press releases. Have fun while reading.

Outdoor facilities on the roof – apartment buildings at Goldschmidtstrasse 4-6 in Leipzig
Building plots in the center of Leipzig are difficult to find. It is therefore very important to be economical with the building land that was acquired at high cost. Multiple uses are always expedient. In the Goldschmidtstrasse project, all of the outdoor facilities were placed on an underground car park roof.
Technically, such green roofs are always very demanding. But the unique view of the center of Leipzig in your own green motivates you to solve even the most difficult technical challenges.
