Apartment buildings in Leipzig
The open spaces planned for the Lower Saxony Medical Association on several underground parking garage roofs were handed over after acceptance of the planting.
In addition to an ecological drainage concept, in which not a drop of rainwater drains into the canal, the entire ensemble was made accessible via winding park paths and equipped with picturesque lingering areas.
A year-round appealing planting on the retention roofs green the new outdoor facilities.

On 30.06.2021 was already official handover.
Now the planting was still completed.
The city invested half a million euros in the Diesterweg elementary school in Delitzsch.

the construction of an entrance structure consisting of ramps and stairs
already secured in winter 2021.

In the course of the construction of a new concentrate plant at the Zörbig site, the industrial yard of the
Verbio GmbH will be paved with asphalt concrete over a large area.
The roof and surface water of the hall and traffic areas is collected via box gutters,
Street inlets and base pipes discharged into a double-pipe infiltration trench located in the subsoil and infiltrated with a time lag.
The storage volume of the tubular brine is 15m3.
