St. Marien day care center in Dessau-Roßlau
The preliminary planning for the renovation of the outdoor facilities is in full swing.
An initial preliminary design takes into account the wishes of the toddler pool, new terrace design, renewal of stairs and retaining wall structures.
The new outdoor facilities are integrated and loosened up with a varied greenery.

The sewer and manhole construction work is almost complete.

Construction is currently underway in the outdoor areas of the “Freie Schule”.
Shaft infiltration and block trenches are being built for the construction of several retention systems in order to allow the rainwater that accumulates on the traffic areas to seep away with a time delay.
An entrance structure at basement level with stairs and ramps is to enable
disabled access to the canteen on level 0.
