Commissioned to design the Pollingpark in Dessau-Roßlau
nature project landscape architects are delighted with this assignment, in which, on the one hand, the evolved historical design and, on the other hand, the demands of today’s usage demands on the park are to be taken into account.
The park was developed from the former cemetery II and is about 3 hectares in size. In addition to the optimization of the path system, a harmonious integration of new usage and functional areas is planned so that the usage requirements that arise from today’s perspective for the district park can be met in a contemporary way.
Ceremonial opening of the multifunctional path between Mühlstedt-Natho
On May 24, 2011, with the ceremonial opening of the multifunctional path between Mühlstedt and Natho, a 3.2 km long section of the Fläming Cycle Path was officially handed over by the head of the civil engineering department, Gerd Pfefferkorn.
The successful completion was honored in a festive event with great interest from residents, citizens’ associations and those involved in the project from the Dessau-Roßlau deep tree and STRABAG AG (construction company).
The planning and construction phase took place between October 2009 and May 2011.
Everyone present was visibly satisfied with the result.

Opening of the Leipzig office
In January of this year the time had finally come.
Our Leipzig office was opened in the Altwest district, in the green Böhlitz-Ehrenberg district.
We are now looking forward to an on-site support office for our Leipzig clients
and having colleagues.

Fundamental expansion of Coswiger Strasse in Dessau-Waldersee completed
With the formal acceptance on September 13, 2010, the expansion of Coswiger Strasse was completed in a construction period of only 3 months. The technical content of the road construction project, which is part of the upgrading of the surroundings of St. Bartholomäi Church, also included the laying of a low-pressure gas line and a rainwater sewer, as well as telecommunications media.
The St. Bartholomäi Church is part of the Dessau-Wörlitz Garden Empire and contains the burial place of the garden empire founder “Father Franz” (Prince Leopold III) and his wife Luise von Brandenburg-Schwedt.
With the completion of Coswiger Straße, the upgrading of the surroundings of the St. Bartholomäi Church came to a successful conclusion.
