eine unplanm\u00e4\u00dfige \u00dcberflutung z.B. mit dem Austritt von Wasser innerhalb von Geb\u00e4uden oder die \u00dcberlutung von Fl\u00e4chen auf denen wassergef\u00e4hrdende Stoffe oder andere Schutzg\u00fcter lagern, definiert.<\/p>\n<p>Dem gegen\u00fcber steht die kontrollierte schadlose \u00dcberflutung des Grundst\u00fccks.<\/p>\n<p>In einem \u00dcberflutungsnachweis muss rechnerisch nachgewiesen werden, dass ein Schutz gegen \u00dcberflutung des Grundst\u00fccks bzw. eine kontrolliert schadfreie \u00dcberflutung gegeben ist.<\/p>\n<p>Ein \u00dcberflutungsnachweis ist erforderlich f\u00fcr Grundst\u00fccke:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>mit einer Fl\u00e4che gr\u00f6\u00dfer als 800 m\u00b2<\/li>\n<li>und einer abflusswirksamen Fl\u00e4che mit Kanalanschluss.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Der Nachweis soll die folgenlose \u00dcberflutung eines Grundst\u00fccks sicherstellen.<\/p>\n<p>Daf\u00fcr wird die zur\u00fcckzuhaltene Niederschlagsmenge ermittelt.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Niederschlagsmenge wird f\u00fcr die Planung und Errichtung von Regenr\u00fcckhaltesystemen ben\u00f6tigt.<\/p>\n<p>Die folgen<u>l<\/u>ose \u00dcberflutung eines Grundst\u00fccks muss z.B. durch Mauern, Mulden, Rigolen oder Deiche sichergestellt werden.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fcssen Menschen, Tiere oder Sachg\u00fcter gesch\u00fctzt werden, so sind effektivere Regenr\u00fcckhalter\u00e4ume, wie R\u00fcckhaltebecken,
