class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Die Herstellungskosten der verschiedenen Versickerungsvarianten sind so unterschiedlich wie die Anlagentypen selbst.<\/p>\n<p>Neben den Kosten der Zuleitungseinrichtungen, wie Rinnen und\/oder Leitungen ist hier die berechnete Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Versickerungsanlage, die sich wiederum aus den \u00f6rtlichen Regendaten (KOSTRA-Atlas des Deutschen Wetterdienstes), der angeschlossenen undurchl\u00e4ssigen Fl\u00e4che (Au), der Bodendurchl\u00e4ssigkeit (kf-Wert) und der H\u00f6he des Grundwasserspiegels ergibt, ma\u00dfgebend.<\/p>\n<p>Entfallen die Herstellungskosten f\u00fcr den Bau von Zuleitungseinrichtungen durch die direkte Einleitung des Regenwassers in die Versickerungsanlage, so z.B. von Verkehrsfl\u00e4chen in angrenzende Versickerungsmulden, dann ist hier schon ein wesentliches Einsparpotential gegen\u00fcber dem Kanalanschluss gegeben, der nicht ohne kostenintensive Grundleitungen und Schachtbauwerke zu realisieren ist.<\/p>\n<p>Mit Blick auf die reinen Baukosten, ist festzuhalten, dass die Kosten f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Versickerungsanlagen mit oberirdischer Wasserzuleitung deutlich unter den finanziellen Herstellungsaufwendungen von Grundst\u00fccksentw\u00e4sserungsanlagen mit Kanalanschluss liegen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Baukosten zur Herstellung der kostenintensiveren unterirdischen Versickerungsanlagen, k\u00f6nnen je nach Anlagentyp \u00fcber die Kosten f\u00fcr die Herstellung eines Kanalanschlusses hinausgehen, amortisieren sich aber erfahrungsgem\u00e4\u00df durch die gesparten Regenwassergeb\u00fchren \u00fcber einen Zeitraum von 6 bis 12 Jahren.<\/p>\n<p>Mit Hilfe der Kostendaten von \u00fcber 200 erfolgreich realisierten Projekten auf dem Gebiet der nachhaltigen Regenwasserbewirtschaftung lassen sich die unterschiedlichen Versickerungsanlagen, bezogen auf die jeweiligen Herstellungskosten wie folgt platzieren:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-jpnsvv0z-9-8cbd8dd72812f4cc9d25245f19c56afa '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>Fallbeispiel:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Um die Herstellungskosten der verschiedenen Versickerungsanlagen vergleichen zu k\u00f6nnen, wurden die folgenden Kennwerte f\u00fcr die hydraulische Dimensionierung aller Versickerungsanlagen zu Grunde gelegt.<\/p>\n<p>Kostenbasis bilden die Einheitspreise von \u00fcber 120 erfolgreich abgeschlossenen
