f\u00fcr die Versickerung des Regenwassers sind schlecht&#8230;&#8220;<\/em><br \/>\n<em> &#8222;Der Grundwasserspiegel ist zu hoch&#8230;&#8220;<\/em><br \/>\n<em> &#8222;Die Sickerpassage von einem Meter (gefordert nach DWA-A 1381.) kann nicht gehalten werden&#8230;&#8220;<\/em><br \/>\n<em> &#8222;Weshalb wollen Sie denn das Regenwasser versickern? Es liegt doch ein Kanal in der Stra\u00dfe&#8230;!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Diese und mehr Antworten erhielten wir von den zust\u00e4ndigen \u00c4mtern und dem kommunalen Versorgungsunternehmen als wir im Vorfeld der Planung unsere Idee zum Regenwassermanagement f\u00fcr den Neubau einer Produktionshalle, einschl. der Freianlagen (im Gewerbegebiet Mitte) in Dessau-Ro\u00dflau bei der Genehmigungsbeh\u00f6rde vorstellten.<\/p>\n<p>Besonders die letzte Aussage (Frage), die jedes wirtschaftlich arbeitende Unternehmen sofort h\u00e4tte beantworten k\u00f6nnen, um Kosten, in unserem Fall nicht unerhebliche Regenwassergeb\u00fchren zu sparen, lie\u00df uns bei der L\u00f6sung des Entw\u00e4sserungsproblems neue Wege f\u00fcr das Regenwasser suchen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Befreiung unseres Auftraggebers von den j\u00e4hrlichen Einleitgeb\u00fchren und den periodischen Preissteigerungen des Abwasserunternehmens war uns dabei sehr wichtig.<\/p>\n<p>Schlie\u00dflich lagen die mittelfristig hochgerechneten Regenwassergeb\u00fchren bei rund 15.000 EUR. Ein Betrag der am freien Markt erst einmal erwirtschaftet werden muss. Und das nur f\u00fcr die Ableitung des wertvollen Schutzgutes (Regen-) Wasser.<\/p>\n<p>Nachdem uns nun umf\u00e4nglich erkl\u00e4rt wurde, wie es nicht geht, voraussichtlich auch wegen eigener \u00f6konomischer Interessen (kommunaler Abwassertr\u00e4ger), mussten wirtschaftliche L\u00f6sungen her, um den hohen Grundwasserstand planerisch auszuhebeln und die nach dem Arbeitsblatt DWA-A 1381.) geforderte Sickerstrecke von einem Meter zu erreichen.<\/p>\n<p>Denn diese (Sickerpassage von einem Meter) lag zwischen uns und der herbeigesehnten wasserrechtlichen Erlaubnis zur objektinternen Versickerung, und somit der Aufhebung des kostenintensiven Benutzungszwangs der \u00f6ffentlichen Abwasseranlage (Regenwasserkanal).<\/p>\n<p>Im Ergebnis der Kostenberechnungen ging als eine wirtschaftliche Teill\u00f6sung die Anhebung (Auff\u00fcllung) des Gel\u00e4ndes im Bereich der Versickerungsanlagen hervor, um den geforderten Abstand von einem Meter zum Grundwasserspiegel zu erreichen. Die daf\u00fcr erforderlichen Erdmassen konnten aus den Aushubbereichen der Produktionshalle und der Verkehrsfl\u00e4chen zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Positiver Nebeneffekt:<br \/>\nDie Kosten f\u00fcr die Erdmassenentsorgung und Auskofferungsarbeiten haben sich erheblich reduziert.<\/p>\n<p>Auf Grund der g\u00fcnstigen Bodendurchl\u00e4ssigkeiten (kf-Wert) wurden zur Versickerung Rasenmulden als kosteng\u00fcnstigster Anlagentyp geplant. Die Wasserzuf\u00fchrung erfolgt oberidisch von den Au\u00dfenfallrohren der Produktionshalle \u00fcber offene Pflasterrinnen oder direkt \u00fcber das Quergef\u00e4lle der Verkehrsanlagen zu den Rasenmulden.<\/p>\n<p>Problematischer war die Anbindung der Geb\u00e4udeinnenentw\u00e4sserung an die Rasenmulden, da die Grundleitungen bei normgerechter Verlegung in Frosttiefe (d.h. Rohrscheitel 0,8 m unter Gel\u00e4nde + H\u00f6henverlust durch das Leistungsgef\u00e4lle), also unterhalb der Rasenmulden anlandeten.<\/p>\n<p>Die neue Sachfrage lautete nun &#8222;Wie jetzt das Regenwasser ohne technische Hilfsmittel nach oben bekommen?&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Die technische L\u00f6sung dazu ist so einfach wie sie alt ist.<\/p>\n<p>Nach dem Prinzip der kommunizierenden R\u00f6hren.<br \/>\nIn oben offenen, aber unten verbundenen Gef\u00e4\u00dfen steht eine homogene Fl\u00fcssigkeit gleich hoch, weil die Schwerkraft und der Luftdruck konstant sind (hydrostatisches Paradoxon).<br \/>\nSo bauten bereits die alten R\u00f6mer ihre Aqu\u00e4dukte.<\/p>\n<p>Durch den hydrostatischen Druck, der aus der Dachh\u00f6he resultiert, ist es nun m\u00f6glich<br \/>\ndie Rasenmulden \u00fcber die darunterliegenden Grundleitungen mit Regenwasser zu speisen.<br \/>\nDie Wasserverteilung in den Rasenmulden erfolgt \u00fcber eigens daf\u00fcr konstruierte Quellt\u00f6pfe (Grundleitungen und Schachtbauwerke) und die g\u00fcnstigen Bodendurchl\u00e4ssigkeiten am Standort, die hier die Anlage kosteng\u00fcnstiger Versickerungsmulden erm\u00f6glichten.<\/p>\n<p>1.) Die genehmigungskonforme Entsorgung des anfallenden Niederschlagswassers ist f\u00fcr alle Fl\u00e4chen (ob alt oder neu geplant) nachzuweisen.<\/p>\n<p>So kam es auch f\u00fcr ein Dessauer Entsorgungsunternehmen, dass auf dem Gel\u00e4nde einer stillgelegten Industriefl\u00e4che die Erweiterung seines Abbruchgesch\u00e4ftes durchf\u00fchrte.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr das gesamte Betriebsgel\u00e4nde war nun im Zuge des BIm Sch-Verfahrens die ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfe Entsorgung des anfallenden Niederschlagswassers nachzuweisen, entweder durch die Anbindung an das \u00f6ffentliche Abwassernetz oder die dezentrale Versickerung auf dem eigenen Grundst\u00fcck.<\/p>\n<p>Mit Bezug auf den hohen Versiegelungsgrad der Industriefl\u00e4che (Au = 10.605 m2 undurchl\u00e4ssige Fl\u00e4che) und die daraus resultierenden Einleitgeb\u00fchren von rund 13.000 EUR\/Jahr (mittelfristig rund 65.000 EUR) fiel der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung die Entscheidung nicht schwer.<\/p>\n<p>Sie favorisierte die objektinterne Versickerung des anfallenden Niederschlagswassers.<br \/>\nUm das bestehende Fl\u00e4chengef\u00fcge aus Verkehrs-, Lager- und Freianlagenbereichen nicht zu zerst\u00f6ren, wurden an den Tiefpunkten und in den Seitenbereichen der befestigten Fl\u00e4chen Rasenmulden geplant.<\/p>\n<p>Sie stellen die kosteng\u00fcnstigste Bolzplatzes im Dezember 2013 wurde die Gesamtbauma\u00dfnahme &#8222;Spielbereiche im Pollingpark&#8220; zur Freude aller Kinder und der Projektbeteiligten erfolgreich zum Abschluss gebracht.<\/p>\n<p>Neben dem Bolzplatz, der mit Basketballst\u00e4ndern und Streetballtoren ausgestattet und mit einem Tennenbelag herstellt wurde, entstand im Parkzentrum eine Gel\u00e4ndemodellierung mit Kombinationsspielanlage, Mehrfachschaukel und Seilbahn.<\/p>\n<p>Etwas abseits davon, unter schattenspendenden B\u00e4umen wurde ein Sandspielbereich mit Matschtisch f\u00fcr die Kleinkinder hergestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Die neuen Spielbereiche stehen unter einem hohen Nutzungsdruck und werden zu unserer Freude von den Kindern sehr gut angenommen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Folgenden
